CANCELLATION POLICY

From 10/03/2024 to 28/03/2024 – Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 5 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 29/03/2024 to 31/03/2024 – Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 01/04/2024 to 23/04/2024 – Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 5 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 24/04/2024 to 30/04/2024 – Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 01/05/2024 to 30/05/2024 – Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 5 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 31/05/2024 to 01/06/2024 – Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 02/06/2024 to 22/06/2024 – Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 7 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 23/06/2024 to 03/08/2024 – Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 04/08/2024 to 25/08/2024 – Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 30 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 26/08/2024 to 07/09/2024 – Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 08/09/2024 to 31/10/2024 – Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 5 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 01/11/2024 to 02/11/2024 – Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 03/11/2024 to 04/12/2024 – Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 5 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 05/12/2024 to 07/12/2024 – Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
