CANCELLATION POLICY

From 05/12/2024 to 07/12/2024 – Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 08/12/2024 to 21/12/2024 – Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 5 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 22/12/2024 to 26/12/2024 – Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 27/12/2024 to 05/01/2025 – Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 30 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 06/01/2025 to 01/02/2025 – Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 5 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 02/02/2025 to 23/02/2025 – Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 24/02/2025 to 08/03/2025 – Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 30 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 09/03/2025 to 29/03/2025 – Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 5 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total booking amount will be applied.

From 03/30/2025 to 04/17/2025 – Free cancellation within 7 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 7 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be applied

From 04/18/2025 to 04/20/2025 – Free cancellation within 14 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation from 14 to 0 days before arrival, a penalty equal to 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be applied
